Create a home fire escape plan

  1. Draw a Floor Plan: Sketch each level of your home, marking all doors and windows.

  2. Identify Two Exits: Plan two ways out of every room, in case one is blocked.

  3. Choose a Meeting Spot: Pick a safe place outside where everyone can meet (like a tree or mailbox).

  4. Teach Everyone: Make sure all family members, especially kids, know the plan.

  5. Practice: Run fire drills regularly to ensure everyone knows what to do in an emergency.
